Its so bizarre how pubs open at 8 am in the morning, but then on the weekend they close at 10 or 11 pm..well that just doesn't work for me. So, last night Maggie and Alyson, two wonderful people I live with, went on an adventure to find someplace open. We came across Giant Robot, which we had passed before, so we decided to give it a shot and it was AWESOME. The guy that owns this cocktail bar was inspired by Milk and Honey in New York, so naturally I felt right at home. The cocktails were superb.
